Accommodation is available for conference participants within the VIT-AP University campus at a minimal charge. The campus provides comfortable guest rooms and hostel facilities for visiting researchers, faculty members, and students attending AAMCT 2026.
Staying on campus means you are just a short walk from all plenary halls, session rooms, poster areas, and networking spaces — eliminating commute time and letting you focus entirely on the science.
Accommodation booking is handled through the same official VIT-AP Events portal used for conference registration and payment. The portal link will be activated in November 2026. Early booking is strongly recommended as capacity is limited.

Accommodation facilities are arranged for conference participants at the University Men's and Ladies Hostels based on availability and prior request. The hostel accommodation is provided with both Air-Conditioned (AC) and Non-Air-Conditioned (Non-AC) options in 2-bed and 4-bed sharing arrangements.
The accommodation charges are inclusive of 5% GST and will be applicable as per the duration of stay. The accommodation package will also include a special breakfast for the participants during their stay, ensuring a comfortable and convenient experience throughout the conference period.
Participants who require hostel accommodation are requested to book through the official VIT-AP Events portal — the same link used for registration and payment, active from November 2026. Accommodation will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

VIT-AP University is situated in Amaravati, the capital region of Andhra Pradesh, approximately 25 km from Vijayawada city centre.
The campus is well-connected by road and is accessible from Vijayawada Railway Station and Vijayawada Airport. Shuttle services may be arranged for conference participants upon request.
