The workshop-cum-conference is primarily intended to be conducted in offline mode to facilitate meaningful academic interactions, collaborative discussions, and direct engagement among participants, speakers, and researchers.

As a special provision to accommodate wider participation, the organizers offer limited online participation opportunities for a few selected participants who may not be able to attend in person due to unavoidable circumstances.
This offline arrangement aims to extend the reach of the event while preserving the benefits of an in-person academic gathering.
